Merry Christmas One and All. A time to spend with family and freinds, regardlesss of religion.

I am currently posting from my parents house. The original plan was that I was going to drive Gran and Aunty Sue over this morning - but I managed to drain my car battery by leaving the cd player plugged in after drivng home from work on Wed. At least now we are in the Christmas close-down period until Monday 4th.

The battery has been taken out of the car, since jump starting failed to work, and it is on charge at Granny's. Dad will take it off charge when he picks them up this morning.

I am also without a mobile phone at the moment - I think I left it in the HopeWastes (Chisslehurst Caves in London) but I'll have another check of my costume when I get home. I have rung them and got a call bar put on it.

This year was the Christmas of Dragons. I got given one by Cathy, and gave one to Lorraine and to Mum.

:-)

Went to larp on Saturday, and played for the first time in a long while. Really enjoyed it - but my dwarf character Korthain died. His chain was down to 1point of protection and he took a 6 point hit to the chest at the begining of the final fight - cutting through his leather and fur and taking him down to -ve 3. Then he bled out from there to -8 and died.

Anyway his soul didn't go to Dakron, so Vajel is in trouble over that. It should have gone to the Albore which means Rowan will get a chance to play a character with Korthain's memories - he was considering a male human telerfret. I need to write up Korthain's memories for him and the refs.

Oh found this and thought it was funny:
http://www.geocities.com/doireanne/explicitlyrics.html

Okay, so the nose operation went well, (a week ago tomorrow) although I'm still recovering and off work I have now moved from my gran's to my parent's place and hence have access to the internet again.

Although I'll be breathing through my mouth for at least another week or so - so I won't start seeing the benifits for a while yet. At the moment it just feels like a big bruise under my nose and a slight headache.
