Step 1: Put your media player on random. Step 2: Post the first line from the first 30 songs that play, no matter how embarrassing the song. Step 3: Let everyone guess what song and artist the lines come from. Step 4: BoldStrikethrough the songs when someone guesses correctly. Step 5: Looking them up on Google or any other search engine is wrong. Wrongwrongwrong. Step 6: PROFIT! Step 7: If instrumental add 1 more to the number to do

4. Landlord fill the flowing bowl (trad) 9. Buttered Peas (trad) 10. sounds like the French song off Ateve Knightley's "Cruel River" album 20. PotC: At World's End movie soundtrack (Hans Zimmer, I think) 30. LOTR: Fellowship of the Ring movie soundtrack (Howard Shore) - no 'r' in "Amon Hen"
4, 9 Yes correct 10 not off that cd, but possibly the same song. not sure! 20 no 30 Yes, sorry about the spelling mistake, (I knew you'd know this one!)
2. Fill up the cider cup, the yetties 8. It's a fine thing to sing, the yetties 10. La Cuisiniere?, La Bottine Souriante 11. Enya, Memory of Trees Album 12. Good English Ale, the yetties 16. Silly old Fussel, the yeties 17. Singing in the rain of some sort? 24. Whatever it is, it's a take off of Mack the Knife 30. Sounds like something Yuki would say off Fruits Basket, but I'm not too sure! 31. Some strange klingon thing? 32. Do you speak norsican?, The Bricks (over troubled mortar) 33. Bouttine Souriante again but I can't be arsed to work out which it is! 34. Singing all the Way, the yetties
Well, I could certianly get all the yetties ones, and a few of the others are ones I've given you anyway!
Although I'm sure Mack the Knife starts: "The sharkbait, has such teeth dear" hence the assumption it was a take off.
I must have miss-heard it then. | |
